We have the right to cancel any order you make for any product if you fail our validation or security checks. If payment has been taken you will receive a full refund and an e-mail confirmation confirming such refund to the e-mail address you provide in your registration form.

No cancellation allowed and non-refundable after order is placed. Order without payment within 5 days upon the day of placing order will be considered as cancellation.
Returns Policy
Product can be returned if there is a faulty product. If you wish to exchange or return any product, please return it to us within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt in an unworn/unused condition for an exchange. You can send the product back with completed returns form through the post to the Contact Address as published in the Contact page, accessible from the menu of every page.

When returning products to us for exchange, you must pay for the appropriate postage costs. Please note that product must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached. We are unable to accept returns with scratched and/or dirty soles. Please note that when trying on shoes, you should try them on a carpet or on a clean floor. If a full refund is applicable or the exchange has been caused by an error on our part then we will refund the postage you have paid on receipt of the returned product.
