Q1. How do I place an order if I have problems doing it online?
A : Please drop us an email at sales@greencheer.com.my to place your order.
Q2. How do I know my payment has been received?
A : (i) If you pay via Credit Card / Debit Card / PayPal, we will inform you via email to notify you that we have accepetd your payment.
(ii) If you pay via Online Transfer or Bank In, we will inform you via email upon we received your payment either in soft or hard copy.
Q3. What are the payment options?
A : Currently, we provide 3 payment options for your convenience:-
I. Via Credit Card / Debit Card / PayPal
We accept Visa Card, Master Card, Discover & American Express.
We will ensure that the information you has provided is kept strictly confidential.
II. Via Online Transfer






Step 1 : Click on your bank logo above to initiate the online transfer to our bank accounts below :

Step 3 : Transfer the total amount
* Please put the Order Number as the reference
Step 4 : After the payment has made,
(i) Email us your payment receipt (soft copy), or

III. Via Bank In
After the payment has made, kindly :-
(i) Scan / take photo of your bank in slip and email to sales@greencheer.com.my or
(ii) Fax us your bank in slip (Attention to : Vivian)

Q4. How do I pay by PayPal?
A : You may log in to www.paypal.com.my for making the payment.
Q5. What if there is a case of stock or colour temporarily unavailable when I making an order?
A : We will replace your product to another colour yet we will inform you via call or email for an approval from you.
Q6. What can I do if I found out the shoe does not fit my feet?
A : You may exchange with us within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt in an unworn / unused condition. Please note that when returning products for us to exchange, you must pay for the appropriate postage costs. Product must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached.
